            Disney’s Hollywood Studios (Lake Buena Vista, FL) has reached the end of their recent legal battle over their “Tower of Terror” ride, when the state of Florida ruled the attraction is safe. Considering the plaintiff was suing the “concept of the ride” it would be nearly impossible for the state of Florida to screw this one up. http://tinyurl.com/25pjoab

Beech Bend (Bowling Green, KY) will not be opening this weekend due to flooding. The attitude of the park can pretty much be summed up by the quote from the park owner in the article; "Its floated a couple of our buildings away…once the water goes down probably take twenty to twenty-five guys with wash wagons and brooms."             Flamingo Land’s (Yorkshire, UK) Mumbo Jumbo roller coaster got stuck upside down for twenty minutes due to a poncho stuck in the wheels. My question is who the hell is throwing ponchos at roller coasters?! http://tinyurl.com/2ahwrl3
